Yes, we work with cutting-edge virtual technology which allows us to hold meetings with you virtually wherever you will be. In those meetings we will be designing the house and showing you what each of its spaces feels like long before it is built. We also have three international design centers to solve any need you may have in person.

We do not take more than 7 months to build any pre-designed model. If you have chosen a custom model, it will depend on the dimensions and configuration of it, but we guarantee that we are one of the fastest builders on the market.
All our models have solar panel systems and ecological treatment plants designed to perfectly perform in each of our models. We use world-class technology to incorporate systems that significantly reduce energy consumption and the carbon footprint of the home. The treated waters of our homes can be released directly to the ground, to a river or directly to the sea without causing any harm to the ecosystem.

Our homes comply with all construction regulations and habitability requirements of the country. Our construction standard is world-class, not only complying but surpassing in most cases, the requirements of current regulations.
At HOMEPLUS we take care of all aspects of the project including the processing and obtaining of construction and occupancy permits for the home.
An initial payment corresponding to 30% of the value of the home is made. The rest of the payments are made as milestones are reached in the construction phase.
All our models come with an extended warranty. We comply with all the guarantees required by law and extend our guarantees in many of the construction systems of the home for your greater tranquility. For the warranty to be effective, the maintenance plan provided by HOMEPLUS must be complied with.
We have physical offices in Panama City as well as representatives in different areas of the country. We also provide a customer service system in which we commit to respond to any incident related to our homes in less than 24 hours.
